Our standard licence agreement provides for you to give two months notice to leave at any time, so you are never committed to stay for longer than two months.

You will need your own contents insurance to cover any items that you bring into the office as well as employers liability insurance if appropriate.

We are able to provide contact details of insurers who specialise in insurance for serviced offices tenants at very competitive rates.
