The cost of a fully furnished serviced office varies depending on the size of the office suite and it's location within the building.

Monthly licence fees range from £595/month for a single person office up to about £1750/month for a six to eight person office.

A deposit equivalent to two months licence fee is payable in advance and is returnable at the end of the licence.

The monthly licence fee includes:

• rent and business rates
• reception facilities
• heating, lighting and power usage
• furniture
• daily cleaning of your office
• a dedicated telephone number
• mail handling
• kitchen and WC facilities
• building insurance and maintenance
  

You will be charged for your telephone calls, telephone line rental and any other additional services that you use.

Payment of licence fees is monthly in advance and payment for use of additional services is monthly in arrears.

Collection of payment for all invoices is by Direct Debit.

Studies have shown that after you take account of all the other costs incurred in renting premises (rates, maintenance, heat & light, cleaning, staffing, security etc.) that serviced offices offer a very competitive option and you have much more flexibility and only pay for the space that you need.
